An early-morning fire at a Nepean house caused $150,000 in damages Saturday.
The two-storey detached house at 15 Parkmount Cr., near Trend-Arlington Park, went into flames at about 2 a.m.
The house was nearly empty, aside from some clothes. New occupants were in the process of moving in, according to fire officials.
The cause has not been officially announced. The fire started at the rear deck and extended into the garage.
No injuries were reported.
