Hillcrest High School was spray painted and vandals also caused property damage during an early morning break- in spree on Tuesday, June 18, 2014.
Ottawa Police warn in a news release that pranks may lead to serious criminal charges.
Most of the damage was confined the interior of the school which is located on Dauphin Road.
The vandalism occured on the second last day of school.
