Highway 401 is expected to be closed most of the night after two truck drivers died Tuesday afternoon near Napanee.
OPP said both east and westbound lanes of the highway are closed after the fiery collision, which caused heavy smoke to drift over the road starting around 3:35 p.m.
Eastbound lanes are closed between Deseronto Road and Highway 37, while westbound lanes are closed between Marysville Road and Shannonville Road.
Detours are in place.
