OPP have identified the victim of Friday's crash on Highway 17 west of Arnprior as 39-year-old Sarah Zohr.
Zohr grew up in golden lake and was on her way home from Arnprior for thanksgiving weekend when the six-vehicle crash happened.
A 38-year-old man and 34-year-old woman - both from Renfrew - were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
OPP continue to investigate.
