The 48-year-old swim coach of a Gatineau CÉGEP has been charged with voyeurism after a smart phone was “strategically” placed in the women’s change room.
Gilbert McDonald, the coach of the Griffons swim team at the CÉGEP de l’Outaouais is facing several charges. He’s also the director of the Club Aquatique de l’Outaouais and well known in the Ottawa swim community.
Police allege there is one victim. They won't reveal her age or who found the phone in the change room.
Police allege the phone was placed in a change room at the pool located along Cité-des-Jeunes Boulevard.
