Young Alissa Martin-Travers who was killed in her own home last week in Cornwall, Ont. will be remembered at a wake on Tuesday and a burial on Wednesday.

The wake is scheduled at Sullivan's funeral home from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.

Her funeral is set for 10 a.m. at St. Columban's Church.

Alissa's mother found her five-year-old daughter dead in their home after a man allegedly charged into the house.

Twenty-year-old Shane Haley was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in Alissa's death.

After hours of investigating, Haley was arrested without incident at his home in Cornwall, Thursday afternoon.

Haley is scheduled to make his second court appearance on Wednesday.
