Ottawa Public Health has issued the first frostbite advisory of 2016.

A frostbite advisory is issued when a wind chill of -25C or colder is expected.

Environment Canada says Sunday’s overnight low is -20C, feeling more like -27C with the wind chill.

The advisory begins Sunday evening and is in effect until further notice.
