A former teacher who was cleared of molesting students years ago has pleaded guilty to a new charge of invitation to sexual touching involving a toddler.
James Westcott, 66, pleaded guilty to the charge on Wednesday.
However, it's not the first time Westcott has been faced with sex charges involving young girls. He was cleared a decade ago of molesting 11 girls at an elementary school in Ottawa's west end.
In a statement to police, he called the incident with the toddler a "gross error of judgment."
