Ferry service on the Ottawa River linking Cumberland to Masson-Angers has resumed after ice conditions forced ferries to dock two days ago.

The ferry service usually runs 24 hours per day, east of the capital. The operator says the river conditions have improved, allowing the service to resume.

A ferry trip between the two communities lasts about five minutes, transporting passengers between Ontario and Quebec.
