Robert and Irene Booth were killed in a cycling collision Tuesday near Nipigon

The family of an Alexandria, Ontario area couple is still making funeral arrangements for Robert and Irene Booth who were killed while cycling on the Trans Canada Highway.

The Booths were part of a cross canada cycling group which began its trip in Vancouver in mid June.

They were struck and killed by a pick up truck Tuesday afternoon while cycling through Northwestern Ontario, near Nipigon.

Daughter Sally Booth says her family is getting comfort from the number of well wishers.

"My parents were warm and very generous people", said daughter Sally.

Funeral arrangements will take some time because some relatives are travelling from overseas.
