Tickets for Elton John and Billy Joel's 'Face 2 Face' tour go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.
The music superstars are coming to the capital to play Scotiabank Place on June 1. Ticket prices range from $90-225.
"It's a coup d'�tat for this city, I'll tell ya," said Riley O'Connor of Live Nation Canada.
He says he expects the concert to sell out quickly, as the pair is only playing 18 cities on their North American tour.
"When you bring major entertainment into any community in this country, it gives a sense of vibrancy and people feel engaged in their community and a lot of civic pride results," O'Connor told CTV Ottawa.
The spring concert will be the first time Elton John and Billy Joel play together in Ottawa.
The musicians are also set to play two shows in Toronto.
