A 51-year old man faces impaired driving charges following a Christmas Day crash in Ottawa's east end that hospitalized a couple and their two young girls.
The collision occurred on Innes Road near the Blackburn Hamlet bypass. The two girls were taken to CHEO, while the parents were treated at the Ottawa Hospital.
