An eastern Ontario bus driver is charged in connection with a collision that killed the wife of a Napanee firefighter last August. 

A coach bus carrying firefighters and their families crashed on Highway 401, near Woodstock, Ont. The group was on its way home from a competition.

The crash killed Darlene Goodfellow and injured 11 other people, including several firefighters.

The bus driver, 53-year-old Robert Joyce, of South Frontenac Township, has been charged with failing to drive in a marked lane and failure to maintain a daily log.
