Several dogs rescued from a Quebec puppy mill will soon need new homes in the capital region.
Eighteen of the dogs from "Paws R Us" in Clarendon, Que. are now being cared for by the Ottawa Humane Society.
Shelter staff say the dogs range from two months to 7-years-old.
The dogs need medical attention before they are available for adoption, which will likely be later this week. Many of the dogs have cut or damaged paws.
