Traffic on the eastbound Queensway was disrupted for several hours Tuesday as crews cleaned up after a tractor trailer flipped on its side at the Walkley Road exit.
The driver of the truck lost control of the vehicle as he headed eastbound just after 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, spilling diesel fuel from the truck's fuel tank.
The driver escaped the vehicle on his own and suffered minor injuries.
A hazardous materials team was called in to clean up the fuel.
Police had to close the Walkley Road exit while the vehicle was removed from the site.
