Dentist admits setting fire to his house and dental clinic
BELLEVILLE, Ont. -
A dentist from the Belleville area has admitted to setting fire to his house.
Gerald Williams, 70, of Foxboro, Ont., entered the guilty plea to the arson charge in a Belleville provincial court.
He will be sentenced on Oct. 27.
Williams was charged after fire destroyed his two-storey home and dental clinic five kilometres north of Belleville on Jan. 31.
He suffered burns during the incident, in which he was pulled from the burning building by three men.
