The dead body discovered at an east Ottawa motel on Friday was a 29-year-old woman, according to police.
Investigators are continuing to probe the "suspicious" death at the Concorde Motel at 333 Montreal Rd.
The woman's name was not provided in a Saturday statement by Ottawa police.
