Criminal charges have been dropped against a 42-year-old woman who claims she was injured while she was in Ottawa police custody.
Roxanne Carr alleges police broke her arm, banged her head against the floor and left her naked in a cell for hours.
Following her arrest, she was charged with assaulting police, obstructing police and damaging property. Those charges were dropped in court on Wednesday.
