A seven-year-old boy from North Stormont was sent to CHEO late Thursday afternoon after colliding with a dump truck while riding his bicycle in Crysler, according to the OPP.
The collision occurred shortly after 5 p.m. at the intersection of Queen and Charles streets.
The 1987 International truck was driven by Roderick Fowler, 54, of Cornwall, police said.
Police are continuing to investigate what caused the crash.
