The driver of a motorcycle involved in a collision with an SUV Tuesday morning is in serious but stable condition in hospital.
The 37-year-old male driver collided with the vehicle just before 9 a.m. on Highway 174 between Quigley Hill Road and Cameron Street. Highway 174 was closed for about 40 minutes following the crash.
The injured man suffered a fractured arm and lower leg.
Ottawa Police are investigating the cause of the collision.
