Ontario Provincial Police say an Embrun couple will appear in court later this month to face charges related to child pornography.
Police say the request to investigate came from RCMP in July after a discovery made during a forensic search of a computer related to a separate criminal offence.
Now, 58-year-old Alain Couture and 58-year-old Ruth Graham-Couture are charged with two counts of possessing child porn and one count of accessing it.
The couple was arrested last month.
Both will appear in court on Dec. 21.
