BARRIE, Ont. - Colin Behenna scored the game winner partway through the third period to lead the Barrie Colts to a 3-2 victory over the Ottawa 67's in Ontario Hockey League playoff action Thursday night.
With the win, the Colts now lead the Eastern Conference semifinal 3-1.
Behenna tipped a shot over the shoulder of Ottawa goaltender Petr Mrazek on a man advantage to complete a third-period comeback for the Colts.
Aaron Ekblad and Derek Hartwick also scored for Barrie, which has a chance to wrap up the series Friday in Ottawa.
Remy Giftopoulos and Sean Monahan replied for Ottawa, which held a 2-1 lead going into the third period, but were unable to finish things off.
The Colts finished the evening 1-for-4 on the power play while Ottawa ended up 0-for-3 on the man advantage.
Mathias Niederberger stopped 32 shots in a winning cause.
Mrazek turned aside 18 pucks.
