Charges have been withdrawn against a 51-year-old man previously arrested and accused of accessing child pornography.
Ottawa Police had gotten a tip about someone allegedly accessing child porn websites in late March.
A search warrant was then used to search a laptop seized from a workplace.
Joel Orr, of Orléans was charged with one count of accessing child pornography, but the charges against him have since been withdrawn.
