A 26-year-old will have charges laid against him in connection with a homicide at a bar parking lot in Hawkesbury, Ontario Provincial Police said.
A reported fight took place around 1 a.m. on Saturday at the Deja Vue Cafe Bar on Hawkesbury's main street.
Police found Danny Trineer, 32, with "apparent trauma" to his body and took him to the Hawkesbury General Hospital, where he died.
The suspect, who has not been named, turned himself into police shortly afterwards.
