An Ottawa man is facing charges after a woman reported a naked man masturbating in a private laneway over the weekend.
Police say the woman, who is in her 20s, was walking her dog in the 100 block of Flora Street in Centretown when she saw the naked man at about 1:30 a.m. on Sunday.
The woman called police and a man was arrested following a brief search of the area.
Anthony Thomas Lackey is charged with indecent act, trespassing at night and breach of probation.
