A new report from CBS quotes a neurobiologist claiming people might be able to prepare for a less-restful night by banking a few hours of sleep ahead of time.

Andrew Holmes is the founder and corporate sleep consultant for Sleep Efficiency.

He tells Newstalk 580 CFRA’s The Morning Rush with Bill Carroll that it’s a concept that may only work in certain circumstances.
