An OC Transpo passenger captured two special constables aggressively detain a young man on his cell phone camera while they made an arrest at Baseline Station, Tuesday night.
OC Transpo officials told CTV News the suspect was smoking on bus property and had been asked to leave.
Charles Napela, though, says he thinks the force used to arrest the man was excessive.
"He didn't deserve an elbow smash in the head against the glass. They already had him bound in cuffs," said Napela. "It's just not right."
OC Transpo officials say the young man in the video faces three charges for smoking on the property, trespassing and having an altered bus pass.
So far, OC Transpo has not received a complaint against the security guards.
