Ontario Provincial Police nabbed 26-year-old Ryan Milliken of Brockville after an undercover investigation conducted over the internet.
The investigation allowed police to execute a search warrant on Monday. They seized a computer containing images of child sex abuse.
Police say Milliken is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of accessing child pornography.
The accused was held in custody until a bail hearing Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
