Cromwell, a 22-year-old Rockport man, was discovered in a ditch near the Light House Gas Bar east of Gananoque. He died of blunt force trauma, believed to be a hit-and-run incident.
Cromwell had stopped briefly at a nearby house party the previous evening before leaving on either foot or bicycle. His body was discovered 85 metres away.
There is a $50,000 reward for information.
