Investigators are trying to determine if bones found on a construction site in Kingston are human remains.
Kingston police say the bones were found by staff at a landfill location in the 2800 block of Princess Street.
The remains appear to be old. Forensic investigators are currently trying to determine the age and origin of the bones.
Police are also looking into whether the bones are from a former burial site.
Investigators say they are currently unsure if the bones are suspicious in nature.
