Police say a dead body was found in Ottawa's west end outside an apartment building on Richmond Road.
The call to 9-1-1 came in at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday morning. Police say the body is of a man between 25 and 30 years old.
Investigators believe the body was outside the building at 2871 Richmond Rd. for a few hours before police were notified.
Police say the death is not suspicious.
