Belleville police are looking for witnesses after a crossing guard was hit and killed by a vehicle on Friday.
Seventy-one year old Norman Cole was hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Sidney Street and Leland Drive, west of the city's downtown, around 12:25 p.m.
He later died of his injuries.
Belleville Police are investigating along with the Ministry of Labour since Cole died on the job.
