On Saturday, the Ottawa Police Homicide Unit issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for a 17-year-old on a charge of first-degree murder.
His photo and name were initially released during the search for the suspect but the allowance under the Youth Criminal Justice Act to publish them has expired and they have been removed from this article.
