Ontario Provincial Police have arrested a 52-year-old North Grenville man in connection with a fatal hit-and-run near Kemptville Sunday evening.
OPP Sgt. Kristine Rae said Mark Gagne was charged with failing to remain at the scene of an accident causing death.
Police say 54-year-old Roy Chapman was killed when he was struck by a grey pickup truck while he was riding a bike on Townline Road around 5:15 p.m. on June 1.
OPP say officers located the suspect and vehicle at a residence in North Grenville around 7 a.m. on June 2 and brought him into custody.
