It was two years ago today that the body of 18 year old Gatineau student, Valerie Leblanc, was found beaten and burned in the woods behind her school.
She was killed in broad daylight on the first day of school at the Cegep de L’Outaouais, in 2011. She had been beaten and her body burned.
Police have released a sketch of a man they say is a person of interest in this case, and a reward of up to 10-thousand dollars has been offered for information that leads to an arrest.
In the last two years police have investigated more than 18-hundred tips from the public.
