In a January 22, 2009 article published on our website, we reported on the bail hearing of Nino Pollastrini.
In this article, CTV erroneously reported that Mr. Pollastrini was the owner of Giovanni's Restaurant on Preston Street.
In point of fact, Mr. Pollastrini is not, and has never been, an owner of Giovanni's. Further Giovanni's is not charged in connection with this police investigation.
CTV apologizes to Giovanni's Restaurant for this inaccuracy and for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
