A new report indicates almost 4,000 city jobs are now considered bilingual positions.
That means 27 per cent of the City of Ottawa's workforce will be working in jobs that are classified as French-speaking imperative.
The policy, however, reaffirms that no current employees will lose their jobs as a result of the language classifications.
