Adobe Systems is cutting about a third of its workforce at its Canadian headquarters in Ottawa.
The Adobe office, located on Preston Street, currently employs about 300 people.
Nearly 100 of them will be laid-off as Adobe changes its business strategy. The company will be moving away from selling software to renting it for shorter periods of time.
They are among 750 full-time positions being eliminated around the globe, primarily in North America and Europe.
