Accused Ottawa serial killer Camille Cleroux waived his right to a preliminary hearing during a court appearance Tuesday morning.
Instead, Cleroux consented to stand trial on three counts of first degree murder. He is charged in the deaths of his ex-wives Lise Roy and Jean Rock, along with his former neighbour Paula Leclair.
The murders happened over the last 20 years.
Cleroux's initial preliminary trial was stalled in October after bones belonging to Roy were found in the backyard of his former home.
No trial date has been set.
