Neighbours said they're shaken after a man was shot in the leg Saturday in South Vanier.
Ottawa police said a 21-year-old man was shot in the upper thigh around 3:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Belisle Street.
They said he was taken to hospital in stable condition, and that the Guns and Gangs unit is investigating. There are currently no suspects, and the victim is not cooperating with police.
Neighbours would not speak to CTV Ottawa on-camera, but they said the building by the shooting is known for drug activity.
