1 person killed in single-vehicle crash near Arnprior, Ont.
A 31-year-old Ottawa man is dead following a single-vehicle crash on Highway 417 near Arnprior.
Emergency crews responded to the crash in the eastbound lanes of the highway at Campbell Drive at approximately 4:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
Ontario Provincial Police say the driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
Highway 417 was closed for several hours while police continued to investigate.
The investigation is ongoing.
