A 50-year-old woman suffered serious injuries after being struck by a truck at Slater and Kent Streets in downtown Ottawa.
Police say she was crossing the road when she was hit.
Paramedics describe her injuries as serious but not life threatening. She has injuries to her head, pelvis and arm.
Streets around the crash site have reopened.
