There were three drive-by shootings in a 13-hour period yesterday.

Around 4:50 p.m. on Sunday several shots were fired from two vehicles in the area of Ogilvie Road and Cummings Avenue. Police have recovered a grey ford mustang in the east-end believed to be connected to the shooting. Officers are still searching for a grey Nissan Altima. No one was injured.

A 25-year-old man was injured in a drive-by shooting on Presland Road in Overbrook around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday. Police say the victim was a passenger in a car when he was shot.

No one was hurt in a drive-by shooting at 5:15 a.m. on Innes Road in Blackburn Hamlet where a house was shot at multiple times.

Police Superintendent Don Sweet expressed concerns with the recent gun play.
