Three construction workers were rushed to hospital with serious injuries on Tuesday after two seperate construction site incidents.

Paramedics were called to a construction accident at the corner of Bank St. and Queen around 4:45 a.m..

They treated 3 men all in their 20's. Two of the men were sent to hospital in serious but stable condition. One man suffered head and neck injuries. The second man suffered pelvic and lower body injuries. A third construction worker was assessed and released.

Around 10 a.m., a 65-year-old man working at a construction site near Teron Rd. and Campeau Dr. suffered traumatic head injuries and was taken to hospital in serious condition.

Ottawa Police are investigating along with the Ministry of Labour.
