Ontario Provincial Police say a 37-hour standoff in Petawawa has ended peacefully.
A 44-year-old male came out of a residence on Labine Crescent and surrendered to police just before 12:30 on Saturday afternoon.
The man was taken to the hospital, but the OPP say no one was injured.
Police remain on scene and it's not clear when residents in the area will be allowed to return to their homes.
The investigation is continuing.
