WIMBLEDON, United Kingdom -- Milos Raonic has advanced to the Wimbledon semifinals for the second time in his career.

The hard-serving Canadian defeated American Sam Querrey 6-4, 7-5, 5-7, 6-4.

Raonic also made the semifinals in 2014 but lost to Roger Federer. The two could face off again this year if the Swiss star beats Croatia's Marin Cilic in his semi.

The player from Thornhill, Ont., hit 13 aces to Querrey's 15 but Querrey's downfall proved to be five double faults in the fourth set.
