Motorists who normally use the Pretoria Bridge to cross the Rideau Canal will have to find a different route Sunday morning.
The City of Ottawa said it's doing annual spring maintenance on the historic lift bridge, meaning it will be closed to vehicles from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday.
This work will get the bridge ready for boating season.
Pedestrians and cyclists will still be able to cross the bridge, which connects the Queen Elizabeth Driveway and Colonel By Drive.
