Henry Larsen Elementary School at 1750 Sunview Dr in Ottawa is closed today (Tuesday) due to a power outage.
The school will not be open to students and the board is asking parents to make alternate childcare arrangements for their children.
Ottawa Hydro is on site working to restore power but early reports indicate that may take several hours.
The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board will provide updates through its website at www.ocdsb.ca.
The school is expected to open again on Wednesday.
