Ottawa Police have one man in custody after a fatal stabbing on St. Laurent Blvd.
Police have identified the victim as 21-year-old Soloman Odekunle.
Police and emergency responders were called to the scene near the corner of St. Laurent Blvd. and Oglivie Rd. around 2:30 am. They say Odekunle was found suffering from stab wounds.
The Major Crimes Unit has taken over the investigation.
This death marks the 17th homicide of 2016.
