An Ottawa woman is now in police custody charged with abduction.
Catherine Agulu-Kic Otim, 28, was arrested by Ottawa Police in the evening of Monday, September 22, 2014.
Agulu-Kic Otim is charged with the abduction of a 17-month old boy. The child has since been returned to his father.
